Had 2 x loaves of bread and a focaccia as part of a too good to go bag, the bread is the best I have had in a long time and will be returning to purchase more. I'm from and living in Devon but often in Cornwall so will be getting Baker Tom bread when I can! :)

BEST VEGAN PASTY I'VE HAD!!Lovely small scale bakers in the heart of Wadebridge!Service was impeccable, rolls and bread all looked very fresh. As my father and I were leaving the store I spotted a vegan pasty on the shelf and had to try it!Huge in size and even bigger in flavour!The lady running the store had a great knowledge of the ingredients and was incredibly friendly.Highly recommended over any baker in Wadebridge!

I am appalled at how my husband and I were treated in the Wadebridge branch this morning! The sales assistant was unbelievably rude to us and told us she was, "sick of people today!" We both entered the shop and before I could even say hello she snapped, "only 1 person in the shop". I said I was sorry and said that this was my husband, she snapped again that it didn't matter and rules were rules. There are ways to speak to customers and this is definitely not one of them! I did tell her she needed to learn some customer service skills and she told me I needed to learn some manners!! I have never been so insulted in a shop! I understand there are new rules everywhere at the moment however there are polite ways to share these rules with customers and snapping at them before they even get into the shop is not one of them. I will not be going there again and will not be recommending them to anybody!

Morning, I have a Life Quest to taste as many cinnamon buns as possible! I live in Portsmouth where we are spoilt rotten with a fantastic array of artisan cinnamon bun bakers. I'm on holiday in Polzeath at the moment with my large extended family. Yesterday I made then all help me in my quest - we'd ordered a mass of cinnamon knots and Kerrow swirls from your Wadebridge shop - all were fantastic, thank you, fabulous in every way. We'll be back. 10am Wednesday on the family holiday is established as a tradition: cinnamon bun o'clock. Thank you Baker Tom.
