“Visited on a Friday evening, booked a table the day before via email which I'd recommend as it's quite a small restaurant & being summer holidays Ambleside was quite busy.
The service was good, although we did wait a good 30 minutes between starter & main course. One of our party didn't have a starter so that wasn't ideal as she was hungry.
Food however was excellent & the portions generous.”

“The queue was a little annoying, but food impressed. King prawn linguine, garlic bread, steak and chips. All surprisingly good. Atmosphere nice sitting outside with music. Thank you!”
