Got a Takeaway for 5 people last night, all meals very bland and meat looked very cheap, wont be using again!!

I have used Barrow takeaway for years and it has never disappointed until tonight. I ordered chicken and cashew nut and it was like an English stew, celery, carrots, huge pieces of onion, some Chinese veg chopped very small, incipit pieces of bland white chicken and watery sauce. It was the worst Chinese dish I have ever had, to top it all the chips were n cold and soggy. Will not be back refund or no refund.

Salt and pepper chicken pieces - ace with a bit of curry and adorned with some rice of your choice. The salt and pepper chips are just what the doctor didn’t order thus quite tasty :)

Ordered a meal at 6pm at 7.30 I called and asked how much longer the food would be. I was informed it was enroute and they had less drivers so the wait was longer. Why were we not told this when we ordered??? 8pm came and went with no food.....another phone call to be told....its on its way!!! Shocking service where they only care about taking your money with no customer service. Go elsewhere.

Ordered Chinese, came minus salt and pepper ribs. After phone call ribs turned up. Now salt and pepper ribs, just ribs with salt n pepper stuff thrown on top. Not happy

Ordered the green pepper and King prawns. Watery, bland, hardly any king prawns.Also ordered the ribs. Fatty, greasy, and tasteless.
Little slice of the orient in hindpool who would thought it possible very nice food though.

I have been to swag many times and have been satisfied but I recently ordered some donuts which came raw and cold, I rang the takeaway to resolve the issue to which they said they would give a refund for them, I have waited 3 weeks for a refund constantly getting excuses. I also ordered cheesecakes which are warm and runny nothing like cheesecake. I will not be going back

Usually faultless but tonight our order was placed 3 hours ago and still isn't here. Cannot get through on the phone and at 1 point they cut the phone off. ordered at quarter past 5 it's now 20 past 8. Respect they'll be busy but this is ridiculous

Just had our meal chicken curry was so bland and tasteless chips were shockingly bits and mainly black chips (crap potato).Our family will never use this takeaway again
