There has been only one toilet in this Costa for Months now. With people waiting to use them. The shop is always busy and the team all work hard but when one of the team in particular is not on shift that day the state of the seating areas is very different. The area manager needs to give them some help.

Love a Costa with my daughter. Dad and Daughter time can't beat a good Large Americano with an extra shot. They always look at me funny when I ask for it with the look of 'really sir' I like my coffee strong ?
