It was a good treat when it first opened. "Michelin star chef". Once the novelty wore off, it became clear. Bland ingredients. No seasoning. Gimmicky pies (no flavour or archaic recipes). These guys knew to take sandwiches off the menu. No flavour.I looked this morning and the only appealing item is a full English. Sold out.Anyway, maybe I'll try it again another day and hopefully don't feel like I've wasted my money. Again.

Some of the best pies I’ve ever tasted. The cottage pie, pie was incredible! Lovely staff too!

Went in at dinner for sausage sandwich and large tea it come to 6 pounds your food is great but £3 for a cup of hot water with a tea bag in is a little pricey appreciated your a business but I don't think I have ever paid that much for a cup of tea

Booked and paid a deposit for a 80th party and have used before , on the the night they do not show so as you can imagine this put a dampener on things , no answer when we tried calling , went to the shop the next day , got our deposit and a apology from a member of staff and told the manager would be in touch ,to explain what had gone wrong, 2week on and still nothing , very disappointing

Absolutely ridiculous I ordered on barrow eats. Ordered at 11:30 and rang up 2 hours later and told it would be another 45 mins to then be rang and told one of the items I had ordered had sold out even though I had placed the order over 2 and half hours ago. Not very apologetic. Not pleased atall!!!

Had a burger and sausage roll. For the price, the food is excellent. I forgot the price, but it was reasonable and cheaper than places down south.

...but this has changed my mind every time I have been! Until eating here, I suppose I have been put off over the years by mass produced pies, soggy pastry and bland gravy with nothing else in them. That ends here, be prepared for a taste sensation. We've been multiple times over the years and it never fails to impress! It's a must visit. Perfect, crumbly pastry with generous, tasty fillings. The breakfast pie is probably a favourite but then so are the amazing freshly cooked scotch eggs and then the absolutely perfect pork pies. I realise after all I do like pies and pastry products from here. Simply from here, nowhere else need bother, they cannot match here, and you needn't bother going anywhere other than here. Oh, and a decent coffee to help it all go down too!

OMG the pies!!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND and they are award winning ???? The staff are so friendly, we arrived an hour after closing and we were still given a warm welcome and able to buy some pies! Absolutely delighted, thank you again. We will be back to stock up soon ???

It would be nice to get pies that are asked for, always get meat and potato and steak and potato mixed up
