A staff member named Katrina thought it was funny to put hairs in mine and my partners food what makes this even worse is she put hair all over my one year old sons food if i didn't realize he was eating hair and it wasn't just one or two it was like some just picked hairs out of a hairbrush and put it in my sons chicken strips if I didn't notice the hair he would've choked she deserves to get fired on the spot for that putting a babys life in danger because you think it's funny too mess with peoples food

Called for a delivery on a Tuesday and only received one pizza. Didnt realise that you had to let them know that its 2 for Tuesdays. Was gutted when only 1 pizza was delivered however it was the tastiest pizza ever.

This was an emergency order for 20 people.The Domino manager handled it well.And the order was ready and all food was warm when eaten. 20 large pizzas with sides.

Hi been in here today and had to go back for my bank card as they did not take cash went back to be told it where due to covid regs come on guys what the? Not the place i knew in the 90s when the pizza tasted good and there where no hassle when I finally went back there where three guys laughing behind the counter I think going to give a miss in the future

There is always something wrong on the order. This time my vegan pizza had meat on it (not the first time) and my wedges were chicken strips. This means out of the entire order I couldn't eat anything. I phoned the branch to ask for a partial refund, after having the phone put down on me, I called back and was told all they can do is send out another pizza (no thankyou), or give me £5 off next time I order, if I phone and ask for it. That doesn't anywhere near cover the cost of the food I had ordered, and I definitely wont be ordering again!

Had we not already prepaid for pizza would not have ordered 1 from here. Went in to order, guy kneading dough wiped his hands on apron & went to till entered order, came to payment card only payment, card machine did not work. Told to order online. Did this, went to collect, guy kneading dough went to till to use it told him it was preordered & he went back to kneading dough without washing hands. Although the pizza was nice their hygeine wasn't acceptable from what I saw of all of workers
