Just spent three very enjoyable nights here.A lovely familt run place with a welcoming feel. Owners couldn’t have been more helpful and the full English and general breakfast options were splendid.Would definitely stay again.

I stayed here for 2 nights at this lovely guest house. Rachel & Wayne were so accommodating and made me feel so welcome they couldn't do enough for me. The breakfast was outstanding. Rachel even left me a bottle of Pomegranate Shower Gel to take home because i mentioned how nice it was. I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip up to the Lakes. Amazing place to stay when visiting Barrow-in-Furness, this will be my first choice when I come back again.When everyone else stays at weatherspoons, book yourself into East Mount House.Hosts were amazing and accomodating, even made me a vegan breakfast.

Stayed here for four nights whilst walking the coast of England and Wales. I always thoroughly check Trip Advisor when I first travel to a destination I'm unfamiliar with. East mount House has excellent reviews and I can only add to them with a 5 star review. I had the large room on the front which is worth paying a little more for the space and the size of the bed. The owners are welcoming and helpful but do not impose themselves on you, if however you need help they are always available. It was great to have a space in the off street car park adjacent to the B and B and the breakfast offering were very comprehensive. I thought the whole experience was perfect. So perfect I've booked again for November.

Booking was so easy as was check in. The welcome we received was really friendly and helpful. The room was filled rat class, clean and extremely comfortable. Very well appointed and clean spacious bathroom. I am surprised it is only rated it 3* as I would rate it higher. Breakfasts are superb with fresh food quality ingredients. The hosts willingness to offer local knowledge and tips was greatly appreciated. Look forward to staying here again.
