Ordered food from HK as a takeaway to be delivered between 16:55 and 17:15. Didn’t receive the food between this time so rang up at 17:45 to ask where it was as we had to leave home by six. As we were on the phone the food was delivered only giving us a short time to eat it. We were told that we should have told them our plans for the evening so they could tell us if it could be delivered on time ? the guy was argumentative on the phone and a bit of a joke in all honesty:

The worst lemon chicken of my life. Too much salt, sugar and what I can only presume was citric acid. Awful, horrible dreadful.Delivery Driver was nice though and it was hot and on time.

I ordered a £25 meal from a decent looking large menu. I selected for it to come ‘with Utensils’ as I did not have any and the hotel bar was closed by this time. I collected the food off the driver (who was nice) but when I got back to my room there were no utensils and none in my hotel room. The bottle of coke was advertised as 1.5L but turned up lukewarm and as a 1.25L bottle. I called the takeaway around 2 mins after the delivery only to be told that it was my fault as I hadn't written a note saying to add cutely. When I told him I’d selected the option he said they don’t look at that screen… seems like a sure way to create needless issues when he could check the screen! I asked what he could do and he said for the driver to come back it would be an extra £2 as I didn’t write it on the delivery comments - again, blaming the customer who has followed the process with the issue rather than being honest and saying ‘I just want to go home, apologies’. Don’t bother, rude unhelpful staff (the delivery driver was nice) who didn’t care less about their error, it gives me every reason to suspect that this will happen again.

I ordered from the Just Eat app as there weren't that many Chinese restaurants on there at the time. Whilst the food was mediocre at best, I got the worst food poisoning. Vomited throughout the night. I'll never ever use this restaurant again.

I ordered through just eat and set a time for it and arrived an hour early. Then they wouldn’t remake my order for when I needed the order

We got the set meal for two. Aggregate cost £25 with delivery. The beef in Oyster sauce smells and tastes of incontinent old lady wee. The verisimilitude is so exact, and effect so pungent, I suspect they never start from scratch, just have a pot constantly boiling, and occasionally add bits of cow gristle to it for service. The sweet and sour chicken would be nicer, except I think the dogs got all the good bits of the chicken. Quite surprised I didn’t get beak. The satay sticks and prawn toast were ok. And we haven’t gotten sick yet. But honestly, that beef will live in my memory for a long time to come. This takeaway doesn’t need a star rating. It needs a scar rating! And I never normally leave reviews…

Rice and curry were okay but the salt and pepper chicken was basically inedible - overcooked to the point you couldn’t bite into it and tasted like cardboard. I wouldn’t feed it to my dog.

I ordered Chicken, Cashew Nuts, and Rice to be delivered.The chicken was slimy, and the bulk of the order was made up of massive slices of onion.An absolute travesty of a meal that went straight into the bin.
