Disappointed!! This place needs formal management. I came from 5 miles away because it says they close at 2 o’clock in the morning and I got there at 1:40am in the morning, they said that they already closed.

This place this going down the pan 30 mins to wait for your food and when it finally came it was cold. Some of the staff was messing about behind the counter instead of getting peoples orders out and they never get your order right there is always missing from your order. Really needs sorting out and being good again!!!

Firstly drove from askam to barrow to collect food for my daughter and her friend. Went through the drive through ordered food 2x happy meals and 2 big Mac meals, told to wait as there was no food. Waited 15mins - a lad comes out and drops a happy meal Infront of me then passes me it - I said I don't want that one, he then says you don't want that one? Well no it's been on the floor in the rain! He goes in, gets a fresh box and puts the cold food in a clean box. food was probably the same stuff he dropped. Food was cold so I walk back in and request a replacement meal. Then I drove home - once home we had 2 happy meals (cold) and 1x big Mac meal (cold) so I then drove back to barrow once I returned I called a manager (Ryan) I requested a full refund and a replacement meal. Ryan sorted this as he could see my anger and frustration! Completely wrong from start to finish - I got no fuel money refunded as I was to barrow - askam - barrow - askam all for 4 meals. This is the last time my family will use this company. I'll be off to burger king next time! DO NOT GO TO Hollywood PARK MC Donald's! Complete sh#!e

Seriously I have no idea how anyone including myself still go to this McDonald's! 4 times out of 10 there's something wrong with the order. Tonight my family asked me to grab food on the way home from work. Drive through asked me to park up and await my order, 15 minutes later I had to go in and ask where my food was, no apology given just tossed a bag with my "fast food" in! Upon getting home a burger was missing from my order, I went back and was told "it was in the bag"!!! If it was in the bag I wouldn't be stood here talking to you would I?? Again no apology, just tossed a bag with my burger in. The service is a complete joke.

Waited ages as just eat etc are served first. The food was cold when it arrived. We were informed that the food was hot when cooked!? Luckily, someone in charge sorted it out.

Absolute rubbish, there's nothing fast about this food!! Takes ages to come and always cold. Such poor poor quality. Can go to McDonald's in another town or city and its nice. Barrow is just shocking!! Won't be

Long waiting times , staff shouting and swearing at each other , got home with food, chips cold no salt and very soft , burger cold to warm , large drink was half full and flat , really bad tbh I definitely not waste my money here

Sent wrong items and looks like the food had been kicked around the kitchen floor black and greasy. Ordered food from just eat and was delivered in good time although food was cold as if it has been sat around for a long time.
