Standard McDonald's, typically the food is fresh here and not held very long, if you have any issues the staff will deal with it promptly.As with McDonald's policy the staff should be wearing hairnets in the kitchen, it's very clear they aren't and have several long haired members of staff in this section also, one of my previous complaints here has been that I found a hair in my food (was resolved) but worth mentioning form a quality standpoint

Ordered a double sausage egg mc muffin meal and was delivered without the double sausage and egg mc muffin how the hell can you forget the main item in a meal refused to help got told to go in a collect what's the point in ordering something when u have to go in and collect your missing items now costing more time and money what a waste will not be Wasting my time again!

3rd time in a row ordering a delivery from here with an issue. This time a missing £6.29 burger which was not refunded after being told repeatedly it was company policy with no further explanation. Supposedly each time it had been prepared, checked and sealed, this time by “Amy”. Having now happened 3 times it’s very obvious the restaurant has a poor level of training and diligence.

Every single time I’ve ordered in the morning via just eat the order sits on “driver at restaurant” for at least an hour then the order is cancelled. Staff are extremely rude on the phone. No wonder it employs the people it does…going nowhere in life. Will avoid ever using this restaurant again.

Not bad at all for a McDonald's. Definitely one of their cleaner restaurants and the staff were spot on. Nice toilets upstairs and a decent view our across the Town Centre from the first floor too. Liked how they had it all decorated for Autumn as well.

Come here if you would like your pants pulled down and taken from behind. This poor excuse of fries were meant to be large. Got it changed and ended up with uncooked fries.The 'mccrispy' I ordered was a joke as well, more like a 'mcsmall tastless monstrosity of a burger'. Also forgot my dips and came with no napkins or tray even though if I was eating in. Absolutely terrible meal. Paid 9 quid for a fries carton and a bun basically.
Full of kids, needs a bouncer & service was shocking, ordered on the app & still waited 20 minutes for my food - they prioritise the deliveries now, shall not be going back !!!

Stop hiring teenagers who don’t know how to do their job properly and learn how to put correct things in people’s orders. my mum ordered food at 6 o clock and it took till 7:30 for it to be delivered. My fries were missing and the other two fries may as well have not been in there as they were stone cold and soggy and had no salt on them. My strawberry milkshake had coke in it and straws were soaking wet so couldn’t use them. what has happened to good customer service?! and heaven forbid you ever salt your fries!

Really dirty I took my grandchildren the language from the teenagers in there and the staff didn't even bother . You need somebody that can control teenagers the staff are too young teenagers sit there swearing and vaping

Intoxicated 12-year old yobos vaping with cbd at the desk, swearing and behaving antisocially have tarnished my experience. I was verbally threatened but the manager did nothing but serve them their ice creams and get them out of the shop. By the time I had protected myself from harm, my food was cold so I left. Altercation logged. Often see police called outside the store to deal with 'whooping babboon' teenagers causing all sorts of trouble. Police are helpful but there's not much they can do until a serious crime occurs. Then its too late. I'm pretty sure McDonalds dont care about their customers safety, only revenue from just-eat delivery drivers who smell unwashed and push in front of you. Avoid this whole area in the evenings. Barrow itself isn't a SH1T-0LE but this restaurant is and it is destroying the town-centre.
