I am new to this place came to visit barrow this store is great location. We went to the store get sub the place were very tidy. Store looks amazing and clean. When I chat with staff very helpful and advise me lots of attraction near barrow. It’s really useful for my family. Thanks for the store and subway.

Very friendly staff always happy to help! The lad who served me this evening said he was going to make me the best sandwich I’d ever had and I tell you what... It definitely was! I never usually write reviews but the sandwich and service was worth a couple of minutes of my time haha. Will 100% be back. Cya soon guys!

This evening me and my hubby fancied a subway so we decided to go to the Abbey Rd subway. Now a number of times we have been in the last couple of months we have found it basically crap. I'm sure they don't know how to order in stock. There's been problems with no salad lids.. (I like the salads) the time before the drinks machine had run of of the juice... just water in it, we're told by group of lads in there it was like that last week!!! Tonight we went and they hardly had any meats to choose from..fair enough it could of been busy!!! So I decided on the steak and onion I said I will have a salad bowl. The lad put my beef onto warm and was getting ready to prep my salad... To then tell me they have no lettuce?? Now this is 4pm on a Sunday but how will he manage all evening and tomorrow until a delivery arrives if its been ordered. This subway used to be our favourite and delivered a 5* service, until the last few months we have seen it getting run down. We ended up getting our subway from the one near Aldi...even though it was out of our way!! We were told there always running out and they have to lend out to them and don't get it back!!! Now come on Abbey Rd subway get your act together and deliver a 5* service again please. We enjoy going there as the lad himself is pleasant and makes us feel welcome. Just need things to be ordered so these problems don't arise and get bad reviews. I'm not saying it's the lads fault at all, there's more than him that works there!! maybe the owner orders the produce?? Hopefully next time it will get 5* I will continue to go to there hoping it gets back to how it was.
Just called in to grab a quick tea on the way home from work. I was served by a lovely guy called Lewis who was working on his own and considering how busy he was he kept his patience and charm,chatting away to the customers as they passed through. The beef salad he made up for me was delicious and he impressed me even more when he changed his gloves to make up my husbands non meat salad. Well done on great service a true credit to subway and sure to put a smile on your face despite the day you have had. Well done one happy customer
