What a great night us ladies had at the Ferry our meal was lovely we all had something different carvery,fish,scampi and burgers which were all delicious. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff polite and friendly and chatty especially Jordan. We all had a sweet but my sticky toffee pudding was the best I've ever had. We will definately be coming again. Thanks

Staff very uninterested in helping you. Food OK but not worth the £60 we got charged. Chips had been left under the heat lamps way past what they should have been, they forgot a pizza so we didn't all eat together, no apology

The meal was very good, we had the carvery and for just over £10 I was more than happy, the roast beef was particularly good. The staff were very friendly and the atmosphere was very warm, I will definitely be going again.

Very poor customer service, we placed an order for delivery and only part of the order arrived, when we phoned to let them know we were told the driver isn’t coming back out to deliver our order and we would have to fill out a claim with just eat. We will not be returning

I come here semi regularly. Staff is very friendly and the food is delicious, not to mention the toilets are some of the cleanest I have ever seen. The decoration is amazing. 5 stars.

We were a large group with 3 boisterous youngsters\\nWe were celebrating a birthday, there was different meals ordered mostly it was carvery which was very nice only 1 small complaint one of the older ladies ordered a prawn cocktail and instead of the lettuce being shredded, it was two large lettuce leaves which she couldn't cut.\\nEverything else was good and the Christmas pudding was to die for (lol) the staff were always available clearing the tables and taking plates away, excellent.\\nI do have to apologise again though, the children left the area around the tables like a food fight had gone on and I'm sorry to whoever had to clean up.

We stopped off here for lunch whilst visiting the beach at Walney Island to scatter my dad's ashes. Food was good and service quick with reasonable prices and friendly staff. Parking is adequate and its right next to the bridge as you cross over so easy to find and a good spot to stop for food if you've been out.

Arrived at the ferry on this evening to be disappointed by the food and service. Service wasn't the main issue but the food was hard , dry and tasteless which is because it's left out which I understand but surely it's the job of staff to give food a time limit before changing because it should all be as fresh as when it first goes out or how else are people recieving the same standard and value . Usually faultless but better I've certainly had better from here .
