Really bad, staff often get orders wrong even after repeating it many times.The last time I went in, they thought it was acceptable to use pre made warm milk from underneath the counter.You’re better off boiling a kettle.

If take as long as you can to serve takeaway coffee was a sport this shop would win hands down, staff wondering around and chatting, like unsure of what to do, currently in a que 6 deep waiting.

Service is very slow at this Costa coffee. I live locally and I’ve never seen such a slow service. Especially from one member of staff…to a point where sometimes I’ll not even bother going there.

(3) staff are lovely, hence 1 extra star, but chaotically slow service and too many things not available because "they are waiting to be unpacked in the back". When the coffee finally arrived it was good for Costa.

Had hot chocolate today it was cold! I returned it to be told it was standard temperature, no sorry just kept telling me it was standard temperature....That is the last time I will visit Windermere

Costa is normally a good standard. We had a late lunch & the place was a mess. The staff were very disorganised, we were eating in but I was given our cakes in a paper bag & our toasties in a cartoon. The cholocate & strawberry frappes were nothing like the ones I get from my local Costa, very disappointing.

Dreadful. Slow and disorganised. No one clearing tables. Guy on drinks has 2 speeds stop and a fraction above stop. Everyone in queue fed up for having to wait 10mins for your order.

Costa is normally a good standard. We had a late lunch & the place was a mess. The staff were very disorganised, we were eating in but I was given our cakes in a paper bag & our toasties in a cartoon. The cholocate & strawberry frappes were nothing like the ones I get from my local Costa, very disappointing.
Drinks were delightful on a hot day- ? usual high Costa standards not met this time - maybe a dtffing shortage?

On August 5th, we went to this branch near the lake for coffee on a semi-rainy day with some friends. The staff were polite and quick. I got two coffees and registered those in the mobile app, but couldn't see any beans came on, the staff on till said that could takes time to show on your app. The next day they were still not there. I tried several times to discuss this matter online with costa customer service, but every time after the third page, it did not allow me to follow up on my complaint. Amessage kept asking me the date of birth, place and time, which I was sure I entered correctly. You can't call by phone either. The online service is pointless and is a joke !!Parking: Watch traffic wardens ?

The coffee was as good as usual,but I was so disappointed to find that it closed at 4pm!!After a lovely walk,it would gave been lovely to have a cappuccino .
