Terrible, over an hour wait for a burger. 2 staff serving, 5 min to hand out each order. I strongly suggest you give it a miss! Most orders were wrong and no tomato sauce! Absolutely useless. If I was the staff I’d have walked out.

If the girl and boy behind the counter got off their phones they would have realised they had forgotten to put the chips in the frier and so though the burgers were cooked we had to wait for the rest of the order. Not a word was spoken to us by the staff.

I don’t usually right reviews but I will this time!!!. I payed over £13 for a burger meal with a regular extra fries. It was near enough stone cold and I live 5 mins away. I was actually appalled by the food for the price. The temperature of the food was a hygiene risk and not fresh!!! And was reheated in my oven when I got home. But I have to compliment the lady serving at around 9 this evening she was switched on and very polite. Good job to her ?

Arrived on Friday afternoon after travelling for 6 hours. Queue to order was about 20 mins long, my boyfriend received his food after waiting another 25 min, his food had gone cold by the time mine had arrived. 45 minutes I waited to be told that someone had collected my order and I would have to wait for a fresh one to be made. The order number wasn’t even shouted out so no one had had chance to take it. Shocking service. And this is apparently meant to be a “fast food” restaurant. Will not be returning!

On the whole the BK food is good but the customer experience is poor. There is always a wait due to insufficient staffing levels in them all, so can’t be classed as fast food. I had a poor experience in this one due to two members of staff. One wiped their nose with their hand and the other touched a bin. Neither then washed their hands then went to prepare food. I asked for the manager, explained what had happened and said I wanted a refund and was given it but it makes you wonder if they have been trained in food hygiene. Sadly I won’t be revisiting.

Asked for a whopper and got a bacon double cheeseburger which was undercooked and was awful definitely do not go here

Called in last night for food, absolutely shocking, the cold drink I had with food was probably warmer than the food, it’s not the staffs fault, it’s the managements fault, a busy services like this totally overwhelmed with orders and understaffed. Minimum effort maximum profits, never again.

Not much choice when stopping at service stations. The queue for here was massive, the place was filthy, the prices were shocking (almost £20 for 2 burgers and 2 drinks). Had to wait another 15 minutes for the food to be ready. Would NEVER go back! We have now decided to pack a flask and sandwiches when we are on the road.

Food was like warm and when asked for a Halloumi burger, they gave me a roll with halloumi fries, three of them, not good and will never go there again on my journey home on motorway, bought them and drove out straight away without checking.

Forgot items from multiple peoples orders. Just walked out to campervan in a rush. Realised they have also not packed some items in my order.
