As you would expect from Costa - it's comfortable and convienient.

Usually come here once a week with my friend and the service is good both inside and out you don't have to wait long and the food is fine ?

I visit this Costa on a regular basis, the service depends on the staff, I am always served quickly but, I get the feeling the staff would rather be anywhere but there. Very rarely do you get service with a smile. In general the cafe is clean but there are usually quite a few tables that need emptied and cleaned, from dirty dishes, even though there always seems to be enough staff.Parking: The parking is ok, but you couldn't visit a few stores, as there's a time limit on your stay. Eg. My in-law visited wrens kitchen (she's old and very slow at walking) then decided to visit Costa coffee. She was fined for taking longer than the allocated time. She spent approx, hour and a half in wrens, then the rest in Costa. Which is very easily done. I get why there is a time limit, but 3hrs sometimes isn't enough.

Lovely staff and nice food. Like all Costa shops is a bit pricey.Near Home bargains and has lots of parking nearby. They can also add extra time if you need to stay beyond the 2hr parking limit.

Not looking for atmosphere, but the coffee was, as usual fantastic.Parking: Parking spaces are spacious. Easy to park between vehicles.

The service was impeccable; fast, accurate and friendly. The cost of a small piece of cake was high but it was yummy. We sat inside and had whole place to ourselves.Parking: There were plenty of spaces right beside the building and I could see my car whilst enjoying my break. No electric chargers nearby.

I drink Costa as it is my coffee of choice, and i tend to have at least one latte daily, usually two. Having been at this drive through on Friday 23rd April and today on the 27th April, the one thing I find incredibly irritating is the staff reluctance to use thermometers when steaming the milk, net effect on Friday was coffee that was the temperature of molten lava, it was undrinkable until my wife and I had covered 60 miles . . and i dread to think of the 3rd degree burns that would have happened if it was dropped. This morning I receive exactly the same, a skinny latte that instantly burns your lips and remained undrinkable until 30 minutes later. Please reiterate or provide training to staff, I don't buy a coffee because I want to have a drink in 30 minutes to an hour.
My go to place for a coffee. The staff are always friendly and the coffee is always good

Fined £60 after meeting friends, for what was the usual mediocre, overpriced coffee served by a taciturn member of staff

Most Sunday mornings, my husband & I pop in for brunch . The staff are always very helpful and informative. The seating area is clean and tidy to high standard. Very good selection of snacks & drinks. Would highly recommend.

Good as always, though sometimes the service is very slow. Food is your usual, costly for what it is. Drinks are great especially when the staff know how to make them well. And of course I visit all the time because there's always place to sit for coffee with friends or even to get some work done.
