The chips were dry & hard I cut hardly cut into fish it went in the bin waste of money worst I’ve ever had . The box was soaking when it came also absolutely no taste either need refunded .

Great place. Fish cooked fresh to order and was a generous portion. My husband had the kebab and it was huge and lots of fresh salad. Really friendly staff. We will definitely be back

Chips were actually good but battered sausage tasted a bit weird. Ended up with a very dodgy belly and throwing up in the early hours. Won’t be going again. To be clear I can’t be sure if the sausage and throwing up are connected but it definitely tasted weird. Not fresh and pink inside and a bit grey really.

Waste of time. Can’t order alcohol without food. Tried to upswell to a meal then cancelled.
Told us to put a mask on in the most rude manner without giving us the chance to do so. Said we wouldn’t be served without a mask even though government guidelines say ‘restaurants, cafes and canteens’ exempt from mask wearing. All four of us had masks by the way. Clear example of the news and media getting into their heads. Country’s gone mad. Won’t be coming here again.

Please dont go there the worst meal I have ever had in my life got kebab for 4 of us was so bad could not eat it.Would not give it to my dog horrible food and staff.

I usually get my food here on my break, the staff are second to none always polite and happy to have a chat while you wait for your food tho its never a very long wait.The food is top notch too I especially like their burger buns and my partner loves their fish.I recommend them to everyone that asks for a good chippy or an evening takeaway away coffee.Carlisle best chippy hands down.
