I placed an order through JustEat App at around 8pm yesterday to have the food delivered at 9:30.i was following the updates and have been told that at 9:55 the driver is at the restaurant and is ready to pick it up!It was 11:10 and still nothing! I mention that the place closes at 10 pm! The customer service at Just Eat was helpful and let me know that the restaurant c cancelled my order but with no mention via App as it was confirmed 2 hours before, so I was waiting for something that they didn't even bother to send out! I am very disappointed and I would give them less stars if it was possible!

Not good, we had stopped coming here due to no hot drinks when covid lock down, still not serving hot drinks, my step-mum likes to come for the chicken and corn on the cob, they had sold out of sweetcorn, we normally would drive through, this time went in, busy with delivery guys, customers, we ordered food and wish we had not, food was slow to come out but still only warm, got the order wrong, tables, chairs and floor were not clean, not somewhere you want to sit and eat. Just bad experience from the start to end, so guess who is on the blacklist again for us ?.

Second time forgot to give the big drink to the driver. When I phoned last time with complaints, they said I can get money back through the app. Absolutely shocking customer service!

Been difficult to find a decent fast food outlet lately, they have all gone drastically down hill.\\nI have generally liked KFC but last few visits have always been poor, so this was the first visit to the Carlisle one, for the first time in a long while have enjoyed a fast food visit and will go back again.

I went off KFC after going to the one in Workington a few times which is awful. B6it today I went to the KFC in Carlisle and really enjoyed it. Its not something I could have all the time, but it lovely as I treat now and again. Will definitely be returning at some point. The staff were also pleasant and brought the food to the table

If I could give no stars I would. Went today at lunchtime, only one person taking orders it took ages to get served. Should of walked out really. One person was serving the food, who wiped a tray with a cloth then handled the food. One man was told it would take 20 minutes for his order, this time must of passed as I could see he walked out. The time and money we won't get back. The food was disgusting 🤢 the chips 🟠were like rubber and cold, considering our wait for food we would expect them hot at least. Apparently they were kept in their packets in a heater overhead, no wonder they were disgusting. The bread roll looked like it had defrosted days ago. Our children won't be returning to any KFC, this experience has put them off. They said no wonder they are closing. They should be reported to someone I've had gripping abdominal pains this afternoon. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Arrived and ordered. Waited for ages and watched other people get served before us. Turns out they had completely forgot about our order. I wouldn’t bother if you want something quick to eat. One of the worst KFC’s I have been in.

Won’t be back service really poor and when staffs friends come in 3 customers behind ya not only do they get the staff discount but also get vip service and everyone else get put on hold till there mates get served also needs more staff on floor as place is disgusting. When you see customers wiping down the table before they let there kids sit down is not right.

Clean, decent food, staff were friendly. Service was a little slow but that happens when they're busy. Recommend if you're looking for a quick bite

We waited over 20 mins for our order... however for at least half of that time our double down burger and zinger burger was sat on tray waiting for our order to be ready so they were absolutely stone cold by the time our order was ready...I mentioned this to the guy who laughed when I pointed it out then said well do you want new 1s...as we were in a hurry for a meeting we had to make do with our cold order...very dissatisfied...will definitely not be back

Awful. Ordered food and waited. Saw what is ordered put on the top of the server hatch. No order on system ignored by staff. Told the incompetent member of staff my number and he laughed to a colleague that it had been taken off the system. He then went to give me the burger that had sat for 6 minutes. Told him to forget it and refund me as I had to be back in work . He went to get a manager who offered no apology and was sullen and ignorant. Floors and tables were dirty and staff incompetent and rude. Won't be coming back. Should have gone to MacDonald. Only got one star because can't leave it blank.
