My daughter was cross examined in front of a queue by a very rude manager when she tried to use a discount code. She was very embarrassed and we won't be visiting

If I could give it 0, I would. The food came cold, I asked for a replacement, and this was replaced by another set of cold burgers. So i didn't waste my time complaining for a third round of cold food and another 20-minute wait. I wasn't the only one it seemed with the same complaint. Very poor all round.

An unusual experience, the fries were undercooked. It was extremely busy so it must be a popular choice for the locals.

Parking: Car park layout has recently changed, unless it's fairly busy, usually some free spaces
Lazy drive thru staff sat waiting for 5 mins for an answer when no cars were in the drive thru then the milkshake oh my that was spilling everywhere they can’t even put a top on a drink!! Burger bun was all broken and staff just all standing around doing nothing poor service bad place to go for a drive thru just

Definitely on the "B" team today, failed to supply a straw, ignored the order request for no pickles or mustard, watched the alleged cleaner spend the entirety of our visit chatting with a couple while multiple tables were left uncleaned.
