My family and I lived the place, their service is great. We enjoyed having our New Year's dinner at Nando's Carlisle. Would definitely go back there when in the area.

My partner & I have been on a long drive from London to Stranraer today & decided to pop into Carlisle Nandos this evening for a meal. The food was absolutely delightful. I'm quite the Nandos addict so I can definitely say the food we ate was cooked perfectly & to our liking! We both really enjoyed our meal tonight. Our food was delivered by Cameron, who also came to check on us halfway through our meal to make sure everything was okay. He was polite, friendly, funny & energetic! His personality really put a smile on our faces, so he deserves a lovely review! If we visit Carlisle again, we will definitely be back! Merry Christmas & a Happy New Year everyone! ??

I love Nando’s. I used to work in Nando’s too and since I left i’ve been trying to fit it in my monthly routine at least once or twice. Wherever i am in the country. However, this store here is very disappointing and after a few failed attempts i’m sad to say that I won’t come back here anymore as there is always something wrong. The first time the chicken was pretty dry but i didn’t make a fuss. The second time, 2 portions of garlic bread we ordered were very burnt and we asked for a replacement. Today, I went all excited to try the new Churrasco burger with mac&cheese and I had the worst experience yet in this store. Which put me off even from trying the new burger again. Both our burgers came without Churrasco sauce, without pickled onions and there was only 1 baby leaf in each burger. Once i noticed that, I asked the nandoca if they ran out of pickled onions and he said yes. Now, this is not nice! I paid £15.50 for a burger which consisted on a garlic bread and 2 chicken thighs without anything else. I understand that sometimes you can run out of ingredients etc, but at least your staff should have let me know when I made the order. When I worked in Nando’s, as a Nandoca and lover of the company and its customers, it was my responsibility to communicate with everyone and make the customers aware when something was missing, and in all cases provide an alternative. This was obviously not the case today, and my expectations for the new burger have of course been let down. This is the closest Nando’s to me and it is a shame that I don’t trust it to go back anymore.

Loved everything about the place. Even when the person in charge was dealing with a water supply problem, the customers always got served promptly and she sorted the problem very professionally.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of room for a wheelchair and accessible toilet.
Over priced for what you get my 10 year old could make better won't be going back i pay £110 for chicken and frozen chips for 4 off us asked for salt and pepper never got none big ???

Came all the way from Workington as I was craving a Nando’s, had beautiful service from Zara and everyone else at the branch The staff were so helpful and were all smiles. Our order was obviously complicated, but staff was happy to help. The vibe reminded me of home as the music playing in the background was from home. Such a beautiful place. I am definitely coming back.

If you like to order online, type in your credit cart information like you are ordering something for delivery, get the drinks yourself at the counter and search the dips yourself just to get very average low quality food then its a good place to go.(actually no service existent. 5 Imployees standing aroind doing nothing, i dont know why they have this awfull online ordering system, they obviously have the personell to do actual service)
