First visit to Sannas in Carlisle and really enjoyed it. A wonderful calm atmosphere in a beautiful old town house.Food was exquisite and the service brilliant.Would definitely recommend

Christmas Eve at SannaS!Gianfranco and his team made us feel very welcome, food was fantastic and a real elegant family atmosphere.Thoroughly recommend whether it’s a quick meal on an evening or an occasion, SannaS won’t leave you disappointed.

We were in Carlisle for the weekend and we booked a table for 8:00 When we arrived we where met with an issue as the only access to the building was up three or four steps which is an issue as I am in a wheelchair but we could get round this. I could’ve got up the steps, but as we got in we were told our table was upstairs and the top of a windy staircase which obviously has a wheelchair user was a no-no there were tables downstairs. Fine all the tables were full, but they weren’t willing to ask anybody if they would mind moving before their food came. And the time of night we are unable to find anywhere else to eat, so we had to have a takeout in our hotel room and after the effort of getting ready to go out and pay for taxes, the experience left me feeling a little dehumanised the staff were not helpful at all so if you have mobility issues do not attempt to go to this place because they will not help you out. They will not try accommodate you and they will leave you feeling well. Frankly s*#t I will never ever go to this place again disgrace.

Brilliant dinner spot we found passing through Carlisle. Food was delicious and our server Oriana was so friendly and knowledgable about the food and wine and was extremely helpful. Highly recommend.
