Worst subway in the country. All problems appear to stem from the franchise owner. Very rude to customers and staff, always have very little stock so limited choices, often no hot drinks on, toilets locked, tables out of service, front door regularly locked at random times during opening hours with staff visibly inside, not being able to recieve or use loyalty points. Gave this place a few chances but neither me nor any of my work colleagues will set foot in here again due to the terrible customer service we have received. Other staff members seem perfectly fine, albeit stressed when being scaled and embarrassed by the owner right in front of customers. How Subway could give this antisocial man, who clearly couldn't organise a booze-up in a brewery, a licence to run a big brand name such as Subway (which is usually great in most stores and a good company overall) is beyond me. If they valued their reputation they would remove their licence to use their name for this premises.

I don't expect this Subway to be there next time we go to Carlisle.Worst subway I've been to. Stock missing - in my case no turkey, low on crisps and a grand total of three cookies (all the same type).Got no help trying to navigate the menu for allergies.The toilet was locked and most of the tables were made unavailable (presumably to minimise the cleaning work).There is another subway up the road in the main square.

Went for a visit to Carlisle. We went in to this subway and the man with a beard and glasses came across very smug and told my son to get off the cabinet. Very rude took my custom to Greggs. First impressions very bad for a well known company

Toilets out of order, so he said. However, got the impression that this guy, just didn't want to have to clean them, no lids or straws for the drinks. Very limited choice of drinks.

Been in this store a few times now and never actually left with anything, they never have any of the items on the menu they don’t take cash, they’re never open in the morning so a breakfast sub is off the cards, no drinks last time I was In only the one type of bread, the manager of this store is a terrible business owner and I guess subway doesn’t actually know how this store is ran, I’ve been to a lot of subways and this is definitely one I would never return to its pretty much put me off getting a subway from anywhere again

Compared to other Subway outlets this one gets 5 stars, service excellent, very clean. Subway meal superb. Franchise owner very polite and friendly made me feel welcome.

One of the best Subway outlets I have visited on a regular basis, very modern , clean and very good service from the manager. Coffee price is a bargain compared to Costa and the train station Other reviews are clearly fake and have some thing against the franchise owner as I have never experienced the issues mentioned in previous reviews.
