Been ordering the same meal for roughly 40 years, but these clowns said it can't be done. Had a meal as i was hungry., next day, went to another subway, got my usual with no issue. Love subway, but don't go to this one in Carlisle, near the lanes.

The customer service is really terrible , there is lady who is least bothered about the customer or what I would want I had to ask three to four times on making my sandwich looks she doesn’t even wanna work there . Never going back ever again such rude behaviour wouldn’t recommend at all

Staff are rude, unhelpful, abrupt and damn right attitudal. Lady with black hair was so rude and unhelpful and the other lady wasn't much better. The man didn't serve us so can't comment. Food was absolutely boiling burnt my hand definitely put in the oven far too long. Overall I wouldn't return to this establishment terrible service.

A very good subway. The queue can be long but the food is always high quality especially for the price. You can take out your food in a paper bag they provide, or eat in on two floors. The upstairs dining area is a little cramped but nice, and has some seats with a window view.It has two public toilets, a ground floor accessible toilet without need for a radar key, and one upstairs gender neutral toilet. Both have always been quite clean.
Lesley clearly has a disgusting attitude problem and thinks it's acceptable to try and argue that when we ask for just cheese and pepperoni actually, that means cheese, pepperoni and sauce. We said no sauce, very clearly. "No this is cheese and pepperoni" before then throwing the sandwich ingredients around like a child having a tantrum. Like I said are you actually for real? Then left. Someone needs sacked. I take it that Lesley is the manager or supervisor and don't expect anything to come of this. Setting the example of awful customer service 10/10 for that.
