The service and quality has been rapidly deteriorating but tonight surpassed all previous experiences. 1 hour 15 minutes to deliver a simple order and food was stone cold and cheese Pattie missing cheese. Shame on you and you just lost a good customer. Won’t use again and definitely wouldn’t recommend.

I have had three deliveries in last month and all were short of order either left in bag or left at shop. Again today thought I’d give them another try. Two out of three pizzas missing waited 20mins for it to come to have it burnt and unreadable as you’ll see from attached photo. My daughters birthday and my family having to eat at different times then I’ve had to make my sons food as the food they’ve sent is totally awful.

Got into the station and needed some chips. The shop is wheelchair accessible and the staff were so so lovely and kind and the chips are amazing.Wheelchair accessibility: No step in though the counters are high

Chips were nice as was the haggis. The fish was a bit greasy leaving me feeling a bit queasy in the night. Great staff. Decent priceWheelchair accessibility: Not accessible for wheel chait

If I could give it 0I would parmo was rotten chips were not even cooked still hard had a young boy working the till who I would say was 12 years old max felt so sorry for him.

The food was horrible. The coleslaw on baked potato was funny colour and hottt. No salt on chips. We asked for salt. Said was on them.... they weren't nice enough to eat anyway. Don't tell customers lies...
