Ordered from here many times before and the food was good but it has gone way downhill of lately. Tonight I ordered three meals from here. When they were delivered two of the meals had their main missing. Phoned up and they said it would be two hours to get the items back out to us. Asked for a refund and they said they could only refund the missing items. So I would have the money back for my missing main and be left with a portion of plain rice for dinner... took the full order back down to the shop and got my full money back. Won't be ordering from them again.

What on earth has happened to Yummys? Chips burnt, tiny portion sizes bulked out with onions. About 8 tiny pieces of salt and pepper chicken.

I came here over Christmas with family here and everyone was so welcoming when you go to Carlisle. I would recommend the Sweet and sour chicken hong Kong style. It was so tasty.

The food is pretty basic service over the phone is poor. Order 2x chip rice and curry sauce and it took more than 2 hours… time management seems to be a big issue.

Very disappointed this evening, whilst we have ordered food from here before and its been fine, our order took 2 and a half hours to arrive tonight which is ridiculous , and when it finally did arrive, we were both already in bed! The food had clearly been quickly reheated and sent out, it was congealed and stale. Honestly if I'd have known it was going to take this long, i wouldn't have even bothered! No apology, no discount. The fact it was hot and has been ok in the past, is the only reason i can give it 2 stars rather than 1. Sadly i don't expect we'll ever order from here again, which is a shame...

The food is amazing! Salt and Chilli pepper chips are immense! Chow mein is big enough for 2 people, soups are great and curry is lovely. Delivery is often a while during busy periods but the foods always hot when it arrives and I dont mind waiting for good food - they are busy for a reason. Wouldn't go anywhere else!
