Ordered by mistake on just eat then realised I lived three hours away. Called them straight away and they told me it was ready so tough! Didn’t even offer to refund for the cold drinks that will no doubt be sold to other people. Money grabbers

No fresh garlic it was garlic salt and that’s all we could taste one piece each and that rest in the bin

This is just terrible I ordered an hour ago and my order still hasn't arrived eventhough I live quite close im starving and its been nearly an hour and a half which is ridiculous seens how aspava do it in half an hour and I dont know what to do now luckily I havent paid for anything ????

Ordered tonight through Food Hub as we have done many times before - however tonight after 90 mins I rang to find out what was happening as nothing arrived only to be told by the lady that they had not received an order from us - which was strange as they had taken payment for it. She told me would get the order sorted for us and when I said I was not happy she passed the phone to manager/owner who was nothing less than rude. Insisting that the problem was not their fault, we had no apology for the delay or the order not being dealt with. However, after them denying they had the order he then said would get the order to us in ten mins so they must have had it to know what to deliver. It still took a further 25 mins to get to us. Customer service was appalling. They have lost a regular customer tonight.

Some food in our order was altered, which came to less, but was still charged the original amount. No one phoned to tell us the order was going to be changed. Contacted them about refunding the difference, they denied changing the order. Very unhappy, won't be using again.

Although I had seen bad reviews of this place, they post raving reviews on their website, so I ordered anyway. The delivery was quick (25 minutes instead of the 50 minutes forecast) however the pizza was sickly, the fact that it was smothered full of cheese (a cheerful surprise at first), the cheese disguised a background sickly taste that after starting the second slice became overpowering and sickly. The rest of the food was not of good quality but was edible, I fed the Cumberland sausage to the cat, ate the garlic bread myself, and ditched half of the fries, which were soft and soggy instead of crisp. Very disappointed.

Absolutely love the pizzas from here, so much melted cheese, and the ham pizza is like proper chunks of ham. Lovely staff at the take away too. The bbq chicken pizza is class too, it's not just some bbq sauce squirted on like from some other take aways

Wouldn't give it 1star but had to to write a review. Food took a ridiculous time to arrive. Pizza was just a greasy mess. Had bacon on the pizza which smelt off. Pizza was horrid in taste. Never ever will I be ordering again from here .one word horrendous
