Ordered a Salt and Pepper box for 9.50 and also bought Curry sauce and Szechuan Sauce.Found the Salt and Pepper box to be the most overbearing taste of sodium I've ever experienced, there wasn't much of pepper taste whatsoever and the sheer amount of salt on the food made the box inedible, first time trying the dragons salt and pepper box, and it'll surely be the last, the addition of carrots in the box was surprising.Curry sauce was great as always, but went to waste, as the box meal was attacking my body at such a rapid rate

On holiday, and as it was the only nearby Chinese open, with no research thought it would worth a try. It was very expensive and I can only describe what I ordered as a thick sludge. The chicken curry had a few tiny pieces of tough chicken mixed in and the chow mein was just a soggy mess with similar hard lumps of meat. Didn't order any rice, as it at least twice the price of anywhere else. Poor hygiene rating of 3 too.

If I could leave a zero rating I would. Really disappointing. Ordered the sweet & sour king prawns and pork chow mein. The prawns were hard and overcooked; the sweet & sour sauce watery and lacking flavour. The pork in my chow mein was BACON!!! (I know this is technically pork, as it's also from a pig, but I have never had bacon in a pork chow mein before) ....and it wasn't pleasant, just fatty and chewy, plus the noodles and sauce were very stodgy. Sorry, but this is by far the worst Chinese take away I've ever eaten and also one of the most expensive.

I have been going here for nearly 25 years and had the worst meal ever tonight. My wife ordered a sweet and sour pork, Cantonese style..It was horrible, watery and NOT what l expected. To be honest recently it has changed hands and you can see it in the quality and the presentation of the food.Won't be getting food out of there anytime soon.

I understand it has changed hands, I was addicted to the chicken curry with proper chunks of chicken but it was a very tasty curry, I used to buy seven at a time as use to take some to friends in Liverpool that also enjoyed them as same in there area the chicken doesn't look real, did try a curry from there when I didn't realise it had changed and it was very salty but going tonight to give it a second chance, otherwise the food is good, quick and they are nice staff so sorry only a 3 star until I try the curry tonight ?Been back since and had the chicken curry and it's better than when I first tried it but just not as good as it was with the big chunks of chicken instead of the stereo type Chinese chicken, its spicy and will deffo carry on using it, will have to try other things on the menu as didnt before as thought the food was not to great but maybe that's changed and got better, only time will tell so upt it to a four star until the chickin looks like chicken again ?
