Broughton Rd, Dalton-in-FurnessWe only stayed one night, but the Inn and its owners and employees topped all our expectations.
We booked the family room and it was beautifully furnished, the bathroom is also modern and everything was very clean.
At dinner we ate burgers, they were very delicious and the meat was great.
In the morning, there was a cute and hearty breakfast.
I wish we would stay for longer!!
Thanks to the staff, I can only recommend this place.

143 Market St, Dalton-in-FurnessCollected a takeaway from here. A bit of a wait before it was ready, but well worth it. The chicken satay had a delicious charcoal flavour and perfect peanut dipping sauce. Delicious massaman and special spicy noodles - the prawns were so juicy! The broccoli was one of my highlights, perfectly cooked al dente. It all tasted so home cooked. Just be aware it's cash only. We weren't familiar with the area and found parking a bit difficult.

51 Market St, Dalton-in-FurnessAttended with parents for some lunch. Menu was ok for lunch options. Limited options for breakfast. Appears to be a lot of variety if going for evening meal.
We all had breakfast which we all thought was great and a nice treat.

Golden Ball Inn
15 Tudor Square, Dalton-in-FurnessWhat can I say, you ain't getting a better night out in the town of Dalton-in-furness than the golden ball. Huge selection of drinks, live bands, karaoke, pool table, darts. Staff are miles ahead of the other establishments around the small town. So don't hesitate. Just get there. No stars on food, they don't serve it. But they do have Pringles. Even bbq ones.

32 Ulverston Rd, Dalton-in-FurnessWell what can I say about this place my orders are always honoured and have recently discovered chicken and beef black bean dish which is absolutely wowzers with extra chilli, the service is spot on promt and any issues are called up straight away regarding any order.
Cant say much eles about the jade barr just go there and enjoy.

19 Tudor Square, Dalton-in-FurnessThis used to be the greatest spot in Cumbria for a burger. Nowadays, the portion sizes have decreased, ie, the garlic mayo used to come in a large tub and now comes in a tiny plastic container that is barely enough for your fries. I went a few months ago and after only travelling from Dalton to Barrow (only a 5 minute drive), the food was cold and fries soggy. I decided it was a bad day so tried again very recently and unfortunately experienced the same freezing cold burger and fries.
I feel like I can never full hate KW and will most likely visit again, even when the new owners come through to see if anything changes.
I've been going to KW since I was a little girl so will always give the benefit of the doubt.

When ordering food parts of the starter platter on the specials menu were not available, however staff were able to replace the missing food with other things from the standard starter menu. Didn’t have to wait long for food at all, fast efficient service, food was delicious and hot! We really enjoyed and will return.

6 Broughton Rd, Dalton-in-FurnessConsistently the best quality Kebabs and Pizzas. The meat and wraps are great quality, the salad is always so fresh with Chillis and Onion which is perfect, the pizzas are really lovely.
Recommend the Luna special Pizza, all kebabs and the Chicken Tikka Wraps are exceptional!

Sea Breeze Fish Bar
12 Station Rd, Dalton-in-FurnessCalled in for fish and chips. We had a 4 mile drive home and the food was delicious.
Fish remained crispy and the chips were still hot and fresh ( not like the greasy lumps you usually get with a takeout chippy dinner) reasonably priced and fast service. Good old traditional chippy.

148 Market St, Dalton-in-FurnessSimply the best Satay you will ever get and has been the same for 25 years! . The Chips, Curry and rice are all wonderful, large portions, the pancake rolls are crazy good!
Could do with a lick of paint on the front to represent how good the food is!
