Opening times not correct on line . Drove for 25 mins and refused service as I was told the branch was closed. I arrived at 17.00 hours and went away disappointed

A usual nice greggs. Unless I'm super unlucky, every time I've been, it's been the worst stocked greggs in cumbria. Today a full fridge was on just to keep a few pots of grapes cool.

After driving 2 hours, i was starving so stopped here for food at 3.55 pm to be told they were closed...loads of food in the counters..so asked when they closed to be told 4pm wouldnt let me buy anything #shockingservice

First time I've tried it and I'm a huge Greggs fan. I got 2 Cheese and Onion pasties £2 Each on Greggs main site list they are £1.70. 1 x bottle of warm Lucozade £1.95. On Greggs main site £1.75. Felt robbed by the prices. It's 1 place I will not go back too. I will how ever use 1 of their nice shops in Whitehaven still as their prices are inline with their website.

The Staff here are a credit to Greggs, maybe head office should consider sending the staff from nearby Greggs to this store and they can be tought how to give good customer service. Well done ladies.
