“Absolutely faultlessEmma, well where do I start. Instant welcome when you enter the restaurant. Quick to take your orders but also not pushy and gives you time. Only waitress on today but still continued to make us feel important. As soon as we ordered she straight aware made us aware of the app which saved us £11ish so that was fab.Ordered our food and we had dough balls to share then we both had a American classic and wow, the flavour, taste, freshness was on point. Told Emma to make the female chef aware it was the best food in a pizza express we had ever been to!Then towards the end of us finishing our mains I think the manager came onto the floor (think was doing interviews or something) and straight away was on board to help Emma out as started to get a bit busier.Throughout all of this Emma stayed calm and collected, no stress, friendly and welcoming and just overall a lovely person!She is an asset to your team, same as the chef you had on today!Best food and atmosphereI have ever had in a pizza express before and the food was exceptional.
