Marmaris The Legends! Saturday night in Kendal and the Snow fell hard! Nothing delivering for obvious reasons, Asked if they could meet us at the bottom of our road and we will walk and meet them, and they did! With a smile! Thank you guys! ❄️

I had an issue regarding an order, the first issue I've ever had I must add and they resolved it as soon as I brought it to their attention. Very polite staff and always great food. I've always ordered from them and will continue to order from them in the future.

Sober review: I could go on for days about my love for Marmaris, but the one thing that stands out for me is their dedication to customer satisfaction. Twice now I have asked for off-menu dishes and I have been met with openness, excitement, and dare I say, glee at my request. If you’re looking for chips, cheese and gravy with a load of doner meat all over, then get down to The Best Takeaway in Kendal.

Terrible food, went in after a night out to check my bank this morning and see I was charged an extra 4 quid over what I actually had, if they do this to everyone who's had a few drinks they'll making a fortune, rude staff food tasted off and expensive for what you get. Avoid.

We were staying at Travel lodge in kendal town and Mamaris kebab house is a brisk 10 to 15 minutes walk up but don't mind it as the area looks amazing walking along side a river.Fresh quality food as fast food goes.Nice bunch of lads.Although it's got a nice size place inside it does not have any tables and chairs to eat in, they usually have customers either pick up or delivered out.Price wise it's double compared to the midlands but then again that's what you pay as a tourists i suppose.Those with dietary needs this place does do vegetarian options and also is halal.

First of all it's not halaal or vegetarian at all. They will tell you that they are halaal but they are not HMC approved and you won't find any certificate with them. They are making vegitarian and meat and ham without washing their hands, clearly contamination. Secondly they will try to rob you all the time. I went with there to buy food for my child and the guy was very unprofessional asking me to spend more money. I thought he is doing joke but the second day same he repeated same thing and on the third there was another guy who charged me £20 for Burger, chips and drink which usually cost £6.80. I told him I didn't ask for this but he said that you asked for another burger meal which costs £20. I told him to refund my money which he didn't wanted but after argument he returned the money. Their menu is also misleading. Avoid these thieves.

Takeaway only. Were flexible with the order. Had few choices in grilled meat, the döner was only beef one. Quite large size of naan and grilled chicken wrap for a low price. Only took 10 min to prepare orders. Halal as per the owner.
