Most scenic service station ever. Beautiful views at the back of the food area. Benches available outside to enjoy the scenes. Also elevated picnic area directly off the carpark at the left.

Big, clean Southbound services which feels like it’s been recently modernised. Couple of electric chargers but they’re not that fast (50kw advertised) Nice view of the lake (on a nice day anyway) - it’s got WH Smith’s, McDonalds, Costa - no decent supermarket option though like and M&S or Waitrose. There’s better options to stop at, but if McDs and a coffee is enough for you then this place is okay.

Fantastic place-clean, staff visible sweeping and cleaning tables-best McDonalds ever served by very helpful Luca (Mon 2 October lunch) and cherry on cake is the scenic view of the lake whilst eating meal-pretty perfect!

The toilets or wash rooms were great. First class. Just stopped for the use of the w.c. very impressed with the public amenities 10 out of 10.

A nice, relaxing small services station with a few selection of food outlets such as McDonald's and Costa. The washrooms were clean. Nice lake view. Parking is free for only 2 hours similar to many other services areas which they have repeatedly noticed everywhere.

Filthy toilets; overflowing toilet paper in a toilet, blood on another seat, full bin. Even saw the guy cleaner go in, mum went in for another look and only the bin had been emptied! We left and he was sat smoking outside!Costa closes surprisingly early too... Missing a truck, there!Gorgeous views out of the windows ?
