Standard Chinese takeout - not the best quality. There is no option to buy a main without rice, and the boiled rice is particularly poor. Make sure you bring plenty of cash as they do not take card payments and there are plenty of old menus floating about from before they hiked up prices.

Good service but terrible food. So sad to say but chow mein was like jelly and none was fresh. Sad to say we actually put it in the bin and went to the Thai up the road. Would hate to see inside the kitchen.

Really fresh, tasty, enjoyable food. Generous portions, and friendly service with a smile too. Completely worth making the trip to collect it! Top tip: park up on Dowker’s Lane and walk down the path to get to Highgate, no parking dramas then.
