Worst subway I've been to, went in for a collection order stood 5 minutes being ignored by the lady behind the counter even when she wasn't serving anyone while the other guy made someone's food which is fair enough, eventually gave up reached over the counter grabbed my food and walked out. Both items were the sloppiest we've had from a subway so seems the quality control is as good as their customer service skills.

Worst place ever went to ,staff are disgustingly rude and very slow took them 20min to make a foot long on top of everything they were arguing while serving us !!!! The food area is disgusting, not clean ,food all over the floor, tables haven’t been wiped, got our order wrong twice . Don’t recommend go to another branch if you want a subway!!!

Ordered via ubereats, driver was great. Opened up the bag and instead of a 6in meatball marinara (which I ordered) I was given 1 6in veggie sub and the same but in a wrap. Unable to contact them via phone as nobody picks up. Uber driver was kind enough to point me in the right direction to get a refund but they don’t even answer the phone. Food looked like a bomb had gone off, stevie wonder could make a better sub than those sloppy workers

Worst subway I’ve ever had completely butchered a sandwich. Clueless staff blind leading the blind! Ask for a certain bread and she stood scratching her head because she didn’t know what that bread looked like. I’m sure she just picked one at random. Onto the salad asked for my usually stuff and when she came to fold the sandwich in half said she couldn’t do it, then was prodding the salad back into the sandwich with her thumbs to make it fit. Then told me I’ll have to fold it myself at home. I got home and opened the sandwich and it was poorly put together. Salad wasn’t even in the sandwich. Coverd in 50 litres of sauce and the bread just crumbling due to the women basically abusing the sandwich. I vow I’ll never go back to this subway again the staff and shocking at their job

I was robbed by their Uber driver a week ago and I still have not received my money back. Do not trust them on Uber eats at all!

Would never go here again got an Italian foot long meal deal and got charged £14.40.Spoke to girl who served me and she basically told me crisp and drink was £8 and foot long was £6.40.

Just got a subway delivered, ubereats was great as always however I ordered a Turkey sandwich with Italian bread and cheese. No cheese, plain bread, and it’s chicken :(

Food isn't superb but that's just all subways in general the staff more than made up for it
I would leave 0 stars if I could. Ordered a steak sub and specifically ordered without cheese. The sandwich was delivered toasted and with cheese. Tried to contact the store but after the 4th call gave up as no one would answer. Lunch ruined!
