We stopped in Kendal on our way to our accommodation in the lake district. We decided to grab some lunch in this little cafe, the staff were lovely and the food was great. I ordered a tuna sandwich, it came with salad and coleslaw, the rest of my party got a small breakfast and a sausage roll. Everything was satisfactory and cheap for the area.

I got a full English breakfast and a portion of chips and can't fault either. The food was tasty and priced well. The chips were especially impressive, much nicer than most chip shops, they had a proper home cooked taste.

Great food, very nice staff, great location right next to the carpark, which was good for me with limited mobility. Definitely be going again before we leave. Kids loved it, too. Had to take mine to go lots of chips delicious homemade as was the burgerWheelchair accessibility: Good size doorway to get a wheelchair through
