Good place and easy to walk town and derwentwater. It is only one car park bay. Cottage had weak water pressure when you turned kitchen water tap and shower is not running.

Just stayed 3 nights at this beautiful guest house .Can't fault it was spotless clean , fantastic location.Lovely and quiet of a night, breakfast was amazing and smoked salmon as a option as well as a full English if you wanted .So sad to say the owners are moving on and it will be under new management , Thank you to all at Lakeside View Keswick for a wonder stay.Mr and Mrs Edmundson from St helens

We have just returned from a 2 night break at Lakeland View (Room 3) We have been coming to Keswick for a number of years, and have to say this has been the best nights’ sleep we have ever had in Keswick.. The breakfast was excellent, cleanliness is second to none, and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you, we look forward to our next stay with you

Jeff, the owner, could not be more helpful. Everything was provided for our comfort and more. The breakfast was superb, better than some 5* hotels we've stayed in. It's centrally located for town and there was a parking spot for us right outside. What more can I say other than we'll be back!

Great location, near the pencil museum. Room was light and airy and very clean with a fabulous shower. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful with lots of different teas to choose from. Free parking also included. Great stay! The only fault we had was there was no one there to check us in on arrival and we had to wait for at least fifteen minutes before the host arrived which wasn’t great after a long journey. We would definitely return again.

Had a very nice stay at Lakeland View and would happily return in the future. Hosts are very friendly and we got a nice warm welcome. They're also more than willing to offer tips on where to go and what to see. Room was a decent size, bed was very large and comfy. Had a great night's sleep! Room has its own bathroom which is small, but gives you everything you need. Towels are provided and the room itself was nice and clean. There are parking spaces to the rear of the property which makes things nice and easy. And it's situated on edge of town, a few minutes away from the town centre. Good facilities, great hosts and perfect location.
Absolutely brilliant B&B. Have stayed in a few in Keswick but will definitely be coming back to Lakeland View thanks to Katie and Jeff's flawless hosting and immaculate rooms. We arranged to arrive at 1am and had excellent communication, reserved parking and everything we needed.Breakfast choices were excellent and catered for gluten free. The rooms were well presented and a comfortable bed. The shower room is clean and smart and the shower itself is exceptional!

Our first stay at Lakeland View. We were greated by the very friendly Jeff. Parking on site. Fantastic location for exploring and only a 5-10 minute walk to Keswick town from the guest house. Immaculate mountain view room. Great little extras like the tea/coffee facilities, water, ear plugs, corkscrew, etc. Just lovely little touches. Breakfast was brilliant with great options. We had a fab stay and we hope to return some time in the future.

Great place for quick access to town centre. Warm and clean with great shower room. Quite a lot of traffic noise. No sharp knives and lack of cutlery.
