Went here the other day and would not recommend it at all. There were some different flavors and my son asked if he could have a little taste of one he wanted just to see if he liked and a very rude guy behind the counter said " no you cannot!" In a very rude tone. The ice cream is very poor quality and definitely not geletto! This place may have been good in 1901 but to today's standards just does not cut it and that added to poor customer service I would not recommend spending money here at all. The decoration is 1960s and needs a complete revamp.

Wow this ice cream parlor full Star rating. I love ice-cream I had ice cream from all over the country and this little shop beat them all , banging flavour s banging texture and banging taste . My favourite had to be black cherry some much flavour. Beautiful little shop very friendly assistant who knows her ice-cream. If you come to Keswick please check this lovely ice cream shop out.

Amazing little ice cream shop, the lady that served us went above and beyond with little extra treats for our kids. Our little boy just wanted a cone as he isn’t a fan of ice cream and she gave us a free slightly broken cone. Also the milkshake was delicious. :)

Our 3 year old son is Coeliac. Most ice cream shops are really accommodating. They will use a clean scoop and take from an in opened tub. I appreciate it might be a little inconvenient for the shop attendant but for the sake of a 3 year old kid you'd make a little effort. They made us feel anl total burden and did not accommodate us in any way. Won't be going again.

Saw this place while walking round town and was tempted by their selection of flavours. I got a one scoop portion of the coffee ice cream. It was a small portion but also cheaper than other ice cream places so not an issue, and actually was the perfect amount. Very good coffee flavour and good texture. Not gelato but was very nice ice cream and I'd happily come back for more.
The ice cream was very flavourful and on spot sweetness for me, it was icy (had ice crystals) which I personally didn't mind. I strongly recommend the cinnamon flavour.

The people who put 1 or 2 stars would not know good ice cream if it hit them in the face. The must either have no taste buds or must be complete philistines this is the best ice cream you can taste and it is absolutely wonderful and amazing it is one of these ice cream places that you visit TN and then when you go back home you recommend it to other people and they turn up up to Keswick to the ice cream shop on your recommendation and you'll say so so this has happened and to the shop in the past that somebody has been to visit gone home and recommended it to their friends or family and they have gone backPlease do not listen to the philistines who give this place one or two points but go and taste for yourself and you will not be disappointed

Nice ice cream, but there's nothing on offer for dairy free customers - no sorbet etc. which makes a family visit somewhat pointless. Such a shame really as their ice cream is actually very nice!
