Great food, they don't always pick up the phone but saying that apparently take orders online now! The atmospheres is OK generally but it's not a restaurant as such its Millom...the foods good tho'!! Recommend totally!

Took our young daughter in for fish and chips. Stood there for 15 minutes being completely ignored along with another customer. Staff were rude to him, and when I asked how long I got a shrug. Incredibly rude and bad attitude. Would have loved to comment on the food but no idea what it is like. Edit - in response to the below reply, we weren't in a queue, the staff were ignoring us both completely. No one was being served. Happy to wait in a queue if there was one. A polite suggestion would be to say to people waiting that they'll be with them in a minute and explain reason for delay in being served.

We ordered a big order whilst holidaying in the area. The lady who answered the phone was lovely and helpful. Our order was ready exactly on time and the food was really tasty! Thank you for a yummy tea!

I was up in Millom briefly for work and stumbled across dotty’s while searching for tea. I have to say it was brilliant! I had fish & chips with scraps cooked fresh to order. Staff were really friendly and a credit. Thank you!

Have used Dotties regularly since they opened and I have had amazing service every time, food piping hot on delivery, consistantly good food, love the chicken bites and great chips, the fish is never soggy and packaging is well thought out
