Really enjoyed my visit. Never been before. Cafe had high quality food loved the pea and ham hock soup with crusty brown bread , service good, very clean and spacious with a good view of Penrith.

All Booths have something special, good quality and enjoyable, maybe not the cheapest but you do get good value. Their little cafés serve lovely snacks and drinks. We stopped off at the Penrith store prior to going to Centre Parcs. A good selection of beers and wines. Great stores.

Fresh veg fruit pretty empty. There was a lady with greyish blonde hair (European origin) and a green scrunchie in it today coughing loudly didnt even out her hand over her mouth whilst walking through the aisle with exposed veg disgusting. Then she was chatting to a colleague then 2 male colleagues standing talking in the same area. Then another make tall came over talking to the 2 staff the wins with the green scrunchie saying the price of mini eggs in b and m was much cheaper than what they had on their shelves. Not really productive. Definetly would not buy loose produce instore again.

Staff and food are wonderful, but you need to be patient in the slow queue to order.
A lovely shop and cafe. Great choice of products, helpful friendly staff. Car parking. Lift and stairs to first floor cafe.
