I went here Friday night 9pm.. you'd think it was be stocked up ready, but was disappointed to find it could only choose a cheese burger or whopper... Not great. The fries were nice and hot

Depressing little building housing a Burger King and a Greggs. We'd had a busy day and just wanted something quick and easy to eat, but all the tables had already been closed off by 7pm, so we had no choice but to order our food as takeout and then drive 20 mins home. The food wasn't particularly hot when we got it so by the time we got home we had to microwave it. The food was pretty bland and not particularly cheap.

Was very quiet when I went there. Too quiet. So sat in car and eat food. Service was great, staff very helpful and would go again for sure. If you order with the app you can have it so you walk in and right out. So that's cool.Parking: Right out the front and loads of parking

Absolutely terrible service and experience! Went in today to get a free whopper meal as part of a recent promotion and was told I could not claim as it was classed as a motorway service station, didn't know the A66 was a motorway! According to the terms and conditions I should have been able to claim this here. I will not be back to another burger king, EVER!!
the place was in a mess, bins over flowing and remnants of food as well as packaging still on tables. the male toilets reeked of wee, toilet paper everywhere. the place looks like it's forgotten. the staff were polite but the place needs visiting from EG

Service was shocking we ordered food to be told after that we could not sit in so we had to stand out in the rain amd eat our food as the car is brand new amd we didn't want to eat food in there the inside was very dirty I would not recommend this

Why would you choose to eat corrugated cardboard in a bap that falls apart with grease overflowing through your fingers. With brown stalks of 1 of your 5 a day poking through. Thanks but no thanks never again. Order by machine Pay by machine get your meal in a brown bag by number. Come in Number 6.... shows my age. Thanks to a young lady who worked her way around a thing to arrange the Order. MOG

Certainly, here's the revised version:Upon entering, I immediately noticed that the tables hadn't been cleared, and the table arrangement was in disarray. We placed our food order at the kiosk, which went smoothly, but it took 20 minutes to actually receive our meal, despite the place not being busy at all.While waiting for our food, I visited the restroom, and it was in a deplorable state. Wet tissues were scattered everywhere, and there was even a discarded pregnancy test box, among other things. Additionally, only one toilet had toilet paper.When we finally received our meal, our burgers were excessively greasy.Lastly, the girl at the counter was extremely unhelpful. We needed to change our toddler's nappy, and the disabled toilet was locked. We decided to wait until after our meal, but when we checked again, it was still locked. We asked the girl, and she informed us that it hadn't been cleaned yet. Despite our repeated requests to unlock the toilet due to our impatient toddler, she didn't comply. We had no choice but to drive to a nearby service station to change our child's nappy.In hindsight, we regret spending our time and money at this place.

All the bad reviews are correct. Absolutely filthy, only order by screen, sloth like staff who obviously don’t want to be there. Food ok but so much noise from moving chairs in a pretence to look as cleaning spoilt any enjoyment of it. Then the 3 staff members all went outside to smoke right in front of the building together - even as another person came into order. Toilets marked as closed but no one in there and as we were travelling needed to go in. They hadn’t been cleaned properly for a long time and absolutely stunk like a zoo. Would never return. Well done in winning the worst BK award!
