Fast service, food was cold. Husband complained for his and it got redone - but the wrong burger came back and still not hot so we just cracked on and ate it. Overall the food was okay, nice .. just cold. It wasn’t busy maybe 3 other tables at 12pm. £3.50 for ‘seasoned fried’ seasoned with what .. air ?

Awful food and so expensive. Burgers vans serve much better food at the fraction of the price. Don't eat here at center parcs.

We have been 3 times to Whinfell and for lunch on the last day I thought I would treat myself , wish I hadn’t bothered. Wait time for a hot dog and chips was 25 min. Portion size of chips was shocking I was not full for £18 inc a large Pepsi max. I WILL DEF NOT BE BACK.

Worst food at centre parks hands down. Chicken burger came after about 30 mins wait for fast food and half of it was inedible as I couldn’t even chew it. Avoid at all costs.

Staff were okay. Younger girl wasn't happiest looking. The food was stupid expensive and not good quality. Loaded fries were fine for my wife but my lonely burger (no chips came with it) tasted like a kebab shop burger. For 10 pound!Well located though, just needs improvement with the food.

I have to say that I paid nearly £50 for three bottles of water & three burgers that arrived cold and very late considering it was quiet.

The service and staff were all excellent. However, the burgers were of very poor quality. The bread tasted stale, the whole thing was cold and the bean burger was the cheap sad kind. Next time I plan to eat my own food in my cabin.

Very very overpriced unless you’re getting a kids meal, the sides are however worth the money for portion sizes. But the burger tastes like it had been pulled out of boiling water and slapped on the grill for 2 mins.3 times more expensive than a McDonald’s. The servers were probably the only thing that stopped me complains in store but nevertheless food was just about edible ?
Great staff and atmosphere, tasty loaded fries however the beef burger was awful ? really disappointed at the astronomical cost yet lack of quality, I will not be going back!!

The loaded fries wer nice but the hotdog was small, had a soggy bun and the onions were wet and tasteless. Staff are nice enough.Wheelchair accessibility: Is very easy to navigate with a wheelchair

Got the BBQ chicken burger, it was 10/10! Staff were really lovely and accommodating- Definitely recommend!
