I have been sitting in the drive thru queue for 40 minutes now and still not at window !! It's a joke, never again, goodness knows what it will be like next weekend, Easter, but I won't be coming here to find out !!!?

Appalling experience. Outdoors. All bins overflowing and rubbish all over car park. Indoors. Machines not printing receipts so no number to follow. No condiments, serviettes or straws. Food took an age to be prepared and was luke warm at best. Staff did not seem to have a clue what they were doing. Never again ?

Food was burnt to a crisp, dry and horrible. Staff looked miserable with no go about them whatsoever. They might be working a dead end job, but atleast have some passion about it and give the customers a quality service and product.

Unfortunately this KFC has been in decline for a while, drive through closed, no till rolls for the automated ordering, coffee cup lid for the soft drinks and chicken was dry and just warm left feeling am I at risk eating their food. Desperately needs some investment and standards lifting.

I was driving up to Scotland from Leicester with my wife and at the end of the A66 there used to be a café which we would always stop at before finishing off the drive, but as we approached it we saw that it had obviously gone out of business. Wondering where we should eat we noticed this KFC just off the roundabout before we got onto the M6, so decided to stop off for something here. I’ve seen all of the one star reviews on Tripadvisor and didn’t find the place anywhere near as bad as most people were making out. Maybe we just have lower standards or it may also be that it was fairly early and so quite quiet. We ordered the food on the touchscreens and it was soon ready. Can’t complain about the taste or how warm the food was, as it was fine and we ate all of it. The toilets were fairly clean also, so all’s good and it wasn’t too bad a place to stop off on the way North.

Took grandchildren for a treat. Pretty disgusting. Dirty, floor, tables greasy, food not good. Ice cream maker broken, couldn’t be bothered more like!,,, Never again. Service without a smile.

I just ordered a PLAIN fillet burger and the first time it came with mayo and then I took it back and then got it again and it was a bloody zinger burger this place needs closing down they never get food right

KFC hasn't been open for months what a disgrace only drive through... where are the people running it .... no one seen to speak to and even if you did they wouldn't want to. Wasn't always very good either always got your order wrong. But you go back in the hope that it's changed and that they're actually open. Very disappointed.
Clearly don’t check the orders, always forget to put something in! Why they put “checked and sealed” on the bag is beyond me as they clearly don’t check the orders, and for the speed of the service (being very very slow) you’d think they could at least get it right after making you wait all day for it

Fast food this was not. It’s been almost five years since I had a KFC. Based on this experience it’ll be another five years, at least before I have another. There were about three cos ahead of me in the queue but it took five minutes for each car to place and review with their order. There was no one eating in but the service was mega slow. When I finally got the the window to pay and receive there was no ‘sorry for the delay’. The food was hot but there was no packet containing napkin, wipe, salt etc. Pretty poor for a meal you’re going to eat with your fingers. Won’t return anytime soon.

Didn’t give us half our order even though I asked if that was all of it when he handed it over. More fool me for not actually checking. Drove home for half an hour only to find half missing. Waited half an hour in the queue. Not worth it. Tried to call to get a refund for the half I didn’t receive but nobody ever answered the phone.
