Delivery was very quick and food was hot. Was starting to enjoy our meal but then was very disappointed. Curry was very watery and then to top it off we found a spider inbetween our poppadoms. Needless to say we didnt carry on with our meal. Not good.

Coeliac friendly, vegetarian friendly, I bet they are friendly to everyone. Our party of 4 enjoyed wonderful service, excellent food, and a pleasant ambience. I was delighted from the minute we stepped inside. The staff are friendly, they know their menu, and the food itself was of very high quality. The potatoes in my Gobi Alu were exquisite. Our waiter knew in advance which menu items were gluten free. I have no hesitation recommending this place to anyone. Prices are moderate, portion sizes seemed just right. The poppadoms and naan were excellent, I am told by those who can eat them.
some really good hot currys. Beware mr vikis chutney in here, we usually order 2 dishes both 3 chilli spice rating but the mr viki blows the others out the water, its very hot. I do have a daily reminder of my calender not the order the malbec but the rioja is ok

Best Indian ever! When I lived in Penrith it is the only place I would get curry from, everywhere else was disappointing in comparison. I have lived in many places in the UK and have failed to find a better curry. The restaurant is well presented and the staff are great. I have introduced other people to Indiagate and they all agree.

This is an aabsolutely gorgeous restaurant which I became incredibly fond of when I lived in Penrith. Once inside the front door you have to climb some stairs to the restaurant which is on the first floor. The decor is really nice an dmodern which immediately gives you the impression that it is quite contemporary. There are some amazing pictures on the walls which were painted especially for the restaurant, I found this out after asking the waiter where they had bought them. I would reccommmend the Tandoori Butterfly King Prawns as they are to die for. The prawns taste really fresh and aren't too spicy. The sag is really good aswell. If you want a dish a certain strength whether it is hotter or cooler they are only to happy to do this for you. There is a nice bar where you can sit either before or after your meal aswell. The staff are wonderful and make it clear that you are very welcome and their service is top notch. A little bit more pricey than a take away but it is very good indeed. They also do a take away service.

This is a wonderful restaurant and a must visit if you are in the area. The food is of a high standard and has a great selection of dishes. Service is friendly and efficient. It has a really good atmosphere and comfy seats! Lots of parking nearby.
