“Open 24 hours” that would be cool if it actually was still 24/7, the last 2 times I’ve came here it’s been the same thing, lights are all off apart from the fridge lights, register is removed, oh but the lights are on in the back, I’ve waited over an hour for whoever’s back there to come out one time and got nothing, like is it 24/7 or isn’t it? I wouldn’t be annoyed if it wasn’t listed as such, but it is. either remove the 24/7 on maps and literally everywhere else or actually be open 24/7, I shouldn’t have to be playing a guessing game every time I visit later than 11pm

My bank card declined to pay. I asked staff to take my ID for now go home and get the money or I would transfer staff said I will be paying penalty fine I wouldn't go to this garage or recommend my friends and family

Very unhelpful. Shell have taken a payment 3 times for the same transaction but cannot give an explanation to how this has happened. I called to rectify the issue but unfortunately the staff couldn't of been more unhelpful. I was greeted with lines such as "I'm not a bank manager" and then they hung up the phone to me. when I called back Emma the manager was then immediately with a customer outside and couldn't take the call, when I mentioned escalating the call all of a sudden she was free, I felt like she was avoiding my call. then on the second call Emma was a bit more helpful but then I was told to contact shell head office directly, they didn't have the contact details to give me. I was told to find them online.

Having got into Penrith and did most of the things quickly. I had 20 minutes to spare so a coffee and a piece of cake was a good idea. I'd worked for many years in petrol station so I just thought how good it was to have in the heart of Penrith.

Got there just after 3 a.m. needed to pee but when asked was told the shop didn't open till 5 a.m. if I'd known I wouldn't if bought petrol. Therefore I will not use this station again, there's another just down the road which has the shop open.
Great service station well stocked with food drinks and confectionery.Staff very helpful and polite.Car wash Air and water available.Inconveniently placed near the town and motorway.

Dropped in fir a Costa coffee on way past. Clean shop helpful staff and seemed plenty of choice. Coffee was lovely as Costa always is.
