Arrived about five o clock with four kids after travelling from N.Ireland. The assistant was more than helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. It was very much appreciated after a long journey. Wish we had caught his name, whoever you are thanks for today!

I'm a regular and the bigger ginger lady is ALWAYS and rude snappy with seemingly no care for the customer experience. No customer service skills and manners are non-existent. I have actively been avoiding going to this subway for this reason - I don't go to a sandwich shop to be made feel bad for ordering a sandwich

If there was a 0 star, I would have selected that. Every time I have visited this place the customer service has been appalling and the lady and the man had terrible customer service skills and to be quite frankly it looks like they hate there job and if that’s the case they shouldn’t be working there , I don’t know who employed them but they need to book their ideas up

Subway is set inside the petrol station shop towards the rear like an aladdins cave. service was good as was the sandwich, much appreciated because it was late and I'd been travelling for a whileVegetarian options: Had a vegan fake steak 6in sub was nice and would have it again. But bit worried subways vegan/vegitarian options seem to be disappearing as there's now no meatless marinara of chicken less chicken options

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Rude abrupt couldn't care less staff..an overweight girl and a teenage boy!Boy was handling meat and dairy with same gloves and never changed them when I ordered a vegetarian sub!Countertop looked filthy.Disgusting customer service and food hygiene was amazingly bad!Vegetarian options: Only oneParking: No designated parking.. you just have to park in the petrol station outside.Dietary restrictions: Nothing vegan except salad that I could see, but menu board was lacking information.

Sun 14/11The shop wasnt busy and there were two young women serving. The first was very rude and abrupt thankfully the young lady doing salad and checkout was lovely.We are an older couple and I think the first young lady was irritated when we were unsure which bread we wanted and when we asked her to change her gloves it just got worse.Our daughter is manager of a Subway in Scotland and suggested we complain but we dont like to do that, in these current times and with basic wage being so low I imagine its not the best job to have having to put up with customers who dont always know what they want.I blame management and suggest that staff need better training and support.Our food was okay but the experience was spoiled by the attitude of one staff member

Rude woman that turns the grill off half an hour before closing, so no toasted sandwiches, they were busy too so they defo should not have turned it off, whoever is manager of this place needs to get control of their establishment. The sandwiches themselves were fine just the staff are lazy and don’t care about the customers!

More than liked it - 4.6 Stars. New starter, possibly called Ben, made the best subway I've had in a long time, service could have been quicker on the salad but above anything else they had a smile and thank you.
