Ordered a large coffee, they poured a regular coffee into a large cup. Got our order wrong. Gave me a fork for porridge? And took about 15mins to make the food (for 2 people) even though we were the only ones there..

Rude employees, waited 15 minutes for our food after ordering from kiosk when there were no other customers. Gave us fork with porridge, food was cold, no napkins, sugar or ketchup in dispensers. Coffee cup half empty.

This was the worst McDonald's meal I ever had. The chips were so bad I never ate them, and the burger was cold. Not given sugar or stirrers for coffee. So I had to park and go in for them, which defeated the object of a drive thru!!!

Just had a 1/4 pounder with cheese meal, chips, burger and halloumi fries luke warm, chips extremely salty. No dip with halloumi fries. Tables not cleaned off and quite slow service. Won't be going back in a hurry.

Food cold service very slow on drive through saying it's only been open not that long poor service Were local people and go there a lot they need stop talking and get moving in work we're iv worked you take the rough with the smoth talk when you have time work when you need to stop talking get through the work this is why meals are left to go cold

Shocking. Only ordered drinks, waited stuck in the drive thru for 20 minutes, only to be told they still wasn’t ready when we got to the window and park up. Is making some drinks really that difficult? Apparently so

Mcdonalds is McDonald's. Same the country over...nice views out over headland with Hoade Monument lighthouse on top from this one at least. It can get a bit overcrowded with kids at school finishing time from previous experience but was fairly empty on this occasion.

Went through drive thru ordered food asked to wait she said park anywhere pulldx forward waited 20 mins then pulled car round to front entrance went inside waited another 10mins b4 i could speak to anyone other people were also complaining . The staff member found someone wandering around the car park looking for my car . When eventually received my order was cold and only when i got home half was missing .

The slowest McDonald's about even when they have no customers in store or in drive thru you wait forever for your food. Unless you want to wait 30min for 1 meal I'd go somewhere else ?
