Ulverston McDonald's - called in here on way back home. All ordering is via the self help terminals or the app via QR codes at the tables. Meals were tasty enough although a lot more pricier than previous visits to other McDonald's restaurants. The restaurant was clean and tidy as were the toilets. I think with the way that McDonald's is going with the design of their new eateries that the personal touch is now being lost... unfortunate really.
Waited 25 minutes for a wrap meal and a burger meal ..... Absolute chaos..... The manger didn't seem bothered...the team certainly were not bothered...moving slowly....every time I come here there's a hold up except if I get here and it's empty ... The two staff at the front were very polite and apologetic I must say but poorly managed team in my mind.... Such a shame

The building is clean and tidy. Plenty of parking. The general quality of food has gone down but that's overall and not just at this location. The staff are really friendly. A customers smile and thankyou goes a long way.
