The food here is very good, you certainly will not feel hungry when leaving. The breakfasts and other meals are all such good value, and they certainly fill the plate! The homemade cakes are great, tasty, and again big!! It maybe in Bardsea Leisure but stands on its own, so don't be put off if you can't see it from the road, it's worth finding!!Parking: It's all opposite the cafe, you park in the Bardsea leisure parking area.Kid-friendliness: Very child friendlyWheelchair accessibility: All on one level

Lovely little cafe, plenty of choice for food. Lovely decor. Also another food business running at the same premises, their food menu looked amazing too. Great value for money. Food quality was exceptional. My partner said it was the best breakfast he’d had and he’s had A LOT. Most importantly the staff were so friendly, chatty and accommodating. Looking forward to our next visit.

The owners of this place are fantastic. They put so much effort into everything they do. The delivery drivers however are a massive let down.

There were more dogs and babies in the dining room than other customers when we arrived. I had heard good word-of-mouth about this family run cafe. After coming for an afternoon coffee previously, I returned for breakfast. Unfortunately this was a mistake! The Full English featured lots of tinned items, such as tomatoes and mushrooms. Seems like the lack of business means most food is not fresh. This was especially so with the meats. The bacon was very poor quality. And the black pudding was rotten. It tasted rancid and the Blonde had food poisoning afterward. Better to make a run into town to eat out.

had a really lovely meal at the Cafe at Bardsea. The food was really nice, large portions, will definitely be returning soon. Such good service, so friendly and really dog friendly. Marley loved the biscuits he got while he was there - thank you.

I had a lovely breakfast with my gay lover we were delighted with how polite the staff were and the atmosphere we were apart of. Unfortunately my bacon was soggy and almost undercooked, i much prefer mine crispy. Some salt and pepper wouldn’t go a miss either. The tomatoes were too mushy i would suggest cherry tomatoes.Overall still very nice.

Very hit and miss with conflicting information re opening times.Notice on door says open until 8pm.Main web site says open until 5pm.Scrolling down their web page, says closes at 3pm.Went today, Saturday at 2:30pm to be safe, but again the sign on the door says closed. This is the second time in as many weeks.

This is in the Manjushri centre which has a beautiful buddhist temple and gorgeous woodland to walk through. If you want to go further, you can go along the coast for a longer walk. The coffee, cakes etc area always very good. There's sometimes a long wait because I think most of the staff are volunteers. Always very friendly though

Delicious soup, sandwiches & cakes. Loved the garden setting & new canopy. Such friendly caring staff. The woodland walks are lovely. The only thing that spoiled it for us was the small barking dogs running around uncontrolled by the owners. However we will go back when in the area.

Super friendly staff and great menu choices, I had a hot baguette for lunch and it was delicious. Dog friendly which is a bonus too!
