“We’ve just stayed at this welcoming pub in Boot and had a fantastic experience. The atmosphere was warm and inviting from the minute we walked in, and the rooms were really comfortable—perfect for a cosy getaway. They are super dog-friendly, which was a big plus for us… and of course our two spaniels!! The food was exceptional and catered to a wide variety of tastes, for breakfast, lunch and evening meal. When we asked to stay an extra night to avoid driving in the storm, the staff were more than accommodating. Even during a power cut the team remained attentive and made sure we were well looked after. Huge thanks to Emma, Dougie, and Chris and the rest of the staff for their friendly service. We couldn't have asked for a better stay!”
