Hid dairy cheese underneath some of the toppings. Made me very sick. What kind of person thinks to hide dairy cheese on a vegan pizza. Highly concerning what they do to other food they serve

Decided to order pizza as my New Year plans fell through. Ordered pizza, garlic bread and chicken kickers as a treat. Downloaded the app and waited till the order was being cooked so I could go and pick my order up. Arrived at Whitehaven store saw on the screen my order was ready. Waited about 20 minutes to be acknowledged where I was told my order wasn't ready. A further 5 or so minutes my order was put on the counter and then the staff member walked away. Decided to have a slice of pizza in the car before I set off home and it was stone cold. The whole meal was the same and had to go in the oven to warm when I got home. Service diabolical and food not much better. Was contacted via messenger to rate which I did, contacted their customer service and no surprise no response. Wouldn't order again and in future us a local pizza shop. Disgusting service from a national chain, customer service obviously not important to them.

Pizza was alright, had better.Service is terrible. No one looks at counter AT ALL, so expect a good 5-15min stand before anyone notices you're there.Asked for VAT receipt, get a receipt with VAT no 000 000 000 .....hmmm! Bit dodgy!Definitely need some training skills in customer service. Shockingly bad!

Poor service . Order extra topping at 1.50 each . There was only equivalent to 1 mushroom sliced and a small one at that and a few bits of red onion. Absolute rip off . No delivery tonight .pick up only available Lots of people in complain orders all wrong . Phone ringing off hook and and staff not answering so don't bother contacting them by phone .
