Would I buy from here again? I'm still eating it and it arrived, most promptly, over twelve hours ago. And what's more, it looked identical to the picture; an industrial size Aladdin's Cave pizza box filled with finely-shaved kebab flesh, onion rings, fries, chips, two burgers, enough dips to keep you dipping all night and a pizza weighted down with a very rich topping. You gotta be hungry and you gotta want just what you see. I dipped in and out of the box all night and now I'm about to have breakfast. Onion ring anyone?

Great tasty food, the prices are decent and the portions were abundance. I drove almost 30 mins just to get food from this place 2 days in a row.I stayed in Workington and I couldn't find a decent restaurant. Googled so many and then Laluna came up on my map.The service was fantastic, the food was cooked to perfection and both my kids and wife enjoyed the food that much that we or we ordered the same again the next day.The mixed grill for 2 was only £13.60 and was delicious.

Absolutely shocking, how do you mess up the most basic of orders and still miss things? Avoid indefinitely
Waited a hour and half after we placed our order to phone and ask about our food to be told it was on it way 45 mins later it got delivered. No reason why so late no sorry. Opened our order to find items missing. Tried to phone them back for it just to constantly ring out. The chips are undercooked and you can taste they are frozen. I will be avoiding this place from now on.

Orders had increasingly started to arrive with missing items and standards had started to slip. Called up as 3 inconsistencies with a single order to be told we are not just cooking for you and have 60 orders here. As a repeat customer and a business owner myself I was appalled with the customer service and will not under any circumstances order from la lunatics again. UPDATE - Love the response within 20 minutes given you claimed to be to busy to get orders correct only 30 minutes prior, firstly no replacement offer was made and secondly I told you I would not be ordering again due to this being a repeated issue, I put my point across but was never disrespectful and just stated FACTS. Nobody is perfect hence the reason I had ignored all previous mistakes but the response you gave about not only being there to cook for me and having 60 orders in was unreal hence the response saying don’t worry about it, you will not get another order from me. I have seen from the previous complaint on here your response and looks like you can’t accept criticism which goes a long way in showing me the kind of business you are. Plus a little advise as a business owner myself, I would look at order history on address before speaking to customers the way you have as just reviewed my 26 orders in 2021 I hadn’t reviewed from just eat and food hub let alone the orders from collection and Uber eats, I’m sure given no customer matters 2 orders a week on average won’t be a loss given your 60 orders in at any given time ?

Maybe had a one off bad experience but for a first try was really disappointed. I have heard good things about the kebabs but opted for pizzas for the whole family. Also bought onion rings and wedges. Definitely the worst takeaway we have had in a long time. Best item was the free garlic bread.
